Portable Staging - FAE-24-002

New EA Framework - 01 September 2025 - 31 August 2029

The Framework Agreement is divided into Lots and sections as detailed below. 

• Lot 1 Portable Staging
  • Section 1 – Modular Fixed Height Staging
  • Section 2 – Modular Adjustable Height Staging 

Please note that Lot 2 – Stage Lighting Equipment and Lot 3 – Stage Sound Equipment were not Awarded as part of the Tender process – EA CPS intend to carry out an additional Tender exercise to put a Framework in place for these product areas, however in the interim period Schools should follow the Department of Finance’s guidance on Procurement Control Limits until an alternative procurement route is established.
